PACKAGING
Print sizes up to 11x14" are shipped in a thick StayFlat Rigid cardboard envelope with protective chipboards. Print sizes larger than 11x14" are rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. May be subject to change.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfield with your purchase, you may return the prints within 14 days of delivery date for a refund excluding shipping fees. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Personalized Name & Street Map Print is not returnable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your country impose international VAT, import duty/taxes and/or other fees, the recipient/buyer is responsible for them. We can not lower the value amount, or mark as gift on the international customs form.
