We ship worldwide via USPS First Class Mail from Dallas, USA with a tracking number. After purchase, we will ship out your order at the post office in 2~3 business days with the shipping method you have selected. For domestic, you can upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail at check out page. For Paypal users, please make sure your default shipping address is up to date.
PACKAGING
Print sizes up to 11x14" are shipped in a thick StayFlat Rigid cardboard envelope with protective chipboards. Print sizes larger than 11x14" are rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. May be subject to change.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfield with your purchase, you may return the prints within 14 days of delivery date for a refund excluding shipping fees. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. All Street Map Prints and Personalized Prints cannot be exchanged or returned.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your country impose international VAT, import duty/taxes and/or other fees, the recipient/buyer is responsible for them. We can not lower the value amount, or mark as gift on the international customs form.
