SHIPPING

Q: When will my prints be shipped out?
A: We ship worldwide via USPS First Class Mail (Standard) from Dallas, USA with tracking number. After purchase, we will ship out your order at the post office in 2~3 business days with the shipping method you have chosen. For domestic, you can upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail at the checkout page.
** We only ship to the Shipping Address on the invoice email. Please double check. 
** For Paypal, Apple and Google Pay, please make sure the default address is up to date.
 
Q: How do you ship packages?
A: Print sizes up to 11x14" are shipped flat in a rigid photo cardboard envelope and protective reinforcing chipboard. Larger sizes are rolled and shipped in a sturdy poster mailing tube. May be subject to change. Same size prints (5x7~11x14") will be packed in a single clear sleeve.
 
Q: How long does it take to get mail delivered?
A: We will ship out at the post office in 2~3 business days from Dallas, Texas with your selected shipping method. For domestic shipment, First Class Mail normally takes 4-8 business days, Priority Mail normally takes 3-5 business days and Express Mail takes 1-2 business days after shipping. Upgrades are available at the checkout page. *For international shipment it usually takes much faster but could take 2 months or more due to international customs clearance and other delays. Please understand that we have no control over USPS transit time and we are unable to guarantee USPS estimated delivery date.
 
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide! However, there are some locations we are unable to ship packages. Please note, tracking info may not be available for some locations. International shipment could be delayed due to customs clearance or other delays.
 
Q: For INTERNATIONAL orders, Is there any VAT, custom's taxes and import duty fees?
A: Please check with your country's customs office. If your country imposes VAT, import duty/taxes or any other fees, the recipient/buyer is responsible for them. We can not mark it as a gift on the customs form.
 
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: By adding prints to your cart, you can instantly view the shipping charge prior to purchase. There are no additional shipping fees for multiple prints! USPS Priority Mail & USPS Express Mail for domestic is available at check out. Please note, we are not responsible and can not refund or accommodate shipping fees for USPS's delays.

Q: My prints arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: While extremely rare, if a package ends up damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: My package is being held by the local post office or customs office. What should I do?
A: *For Domestic, call USPS (1-800-275-8777 ) and arrange for a pick up or redelivery. *For International, track your package on your country's post office website with the tracking number and contact them for details. All recipients must pick up the package. If a package is refused due to VAT, import duty/taxes and/or other fees imposed by the destination country  or unclaimed for any reason, the returned item will be given to local charity or buyer must pay for the re-shipping fees. While shipping delay is rare, domestic packages could take or be considered lost after 4 weeks and 8 weeks for an International package by the postal service.

Q: My package has been shipped, but I accidentally put an incorrect shipping address. What can I do?
A: You may redirect the package to you for a fee from the link below. USPS Package Intercept® is available between domestic addresses only.

We only ship to the shipping address on your invoice. We use automatic shipping label printers which print the exact same shipping address on your invoice/receipt. If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address and needs to be reshipped, the buyer must pay for the shipping fees. We can re-send you the prints, only if we receive the prints back so please double check your shipping address.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days and return the prints within 14 days of the delivery date. Refund will be issued excluding shipping charges after we receive the prints back in original condition, in their original packaging. All customers must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorized Number. Unauthorized returns will be donated to local charity. *Please note, any Customized prints, Street Map prints and Customize Name (Initial) prints are Not returnable. We are unable to offer exchanges for all prints in our shop.

Q: Do you offer/sell Digital Downloads or Frames?
A: We are unable to offer/sell Digital Downloads or Frames. We only offer prints for sale.

Q: Can you change the color scheme or add custom text to prints?
A: Unfortunately, changing the color scheme or adding custom text is not available.

Q: Is the color going to be the same as what I'm seeing on my monitor?
A: We have professionally color calibrated our monitor. Actual colors may vary slightly due to your monitor settings.

Q: What is your copyrights policy?
A: Sale of this print does not transfer copyright. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to our shop policies. We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone.
