We accept Paypal, Debit cards and Credit cards. Texas customers will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%.

*Paypal 'Echeck' can take up to 7 business days to process. Your order will be shipped after it's cleared



SHIPPING

Q: When will my prints be shipped out?
A: We ship worldwide via USPS First Class Mail (Standard) from Dallas, US. After purchase, we will process & ship out orders in 1~3 business days with a Tracking Number. To avoid any Delays or Cancellation, please ask all questions 'Before' purchasing. *USPS Priority Mail for domestic is available at check out.


Q: For INTERNATIONAL orders, Is there any VAT, custom's taxes and import duty fees?
A: If your country impose VAT, import duty/taxes or any other fees, the recipient/buyer is responsible for them. These fees are not included in the shipping costs or grand total of your order. It is illegal to falsify customs documents. We can not lower the value amount, or mark as gift on the customs form.


Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, We ship worldwide! However, there are some locations we are unable to ship packages. If we cannot ship to your location, we will promptly contact you.



Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: By adding prints to your cart and accessing the cart page, you can instantly view the shipping charge prior to completing your order. Shipping is Flat fee. There is No additional shipping fees for Multiple Prints! Please note writing in note to seller section for us to guarantee certain delivery date will automatically pause your order processing.



Q: How do you ship packages?
A: Print sizes up to 11x14" are shipped in a thick StayFlat Rigid cardboard envelope with protective chipboards and 'DO NOT BEND' stamp. Print sizes larger than 11x14" are rolled and shipped in a 3" diameter square tube with 'FRAGILE' stamp.



Q: My prints arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: While extremely rare, if a package ends up damaged along it's ways to you, we are happy to send a replacement! Please contact us within 2 days with photos of damaged prints and photos of shipping package with the USPS label showing. The photos must show the front side (artwork) of the print.



Q: My package is being held by local post office or customs office. What should I do?
A: For domestic, please call 1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777) with your tracking number and arrange for a pick up or redelivery. *For International packages, customer Must pick up the package. Please track your package on your country's post office website with same tracking number and contact them for details. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted due to VAT, import duty/taxes and/or other fees imposed by the destination country. If item is returned to us, buyer must pay for the re-shipping fees. Please note, while shipping delay is extremely rare, domestic package is considered lost after 4 weeks and 8 weeks for international package by the postal service.


Q: My package has been shipped, but I accidentally put incorrect shipping address. What can I do?
A: You may redirected the package to you for a fee from the link below. USPS Package Intercept® is available between domestic addresses only.

As stated in Item Detail page, we only ship to the shipping address on your invoice and we use automatic shipping label printer which prints exact same shipping address on your invoice/receipt so it's not possible for us to put a different address or make an typo error. If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address and needs to be reshipped, the buyer must pay for the shipping fees. We can re-send you the prints, only if we receive the prints back so please double check your shipping address.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the prints within 14 days of the delivery date and refund will be issued excluding shipping charges after we receive the prints back in undamaged original condition, in their original packaging. All customers must contact us to obtain Return Authorized Number. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Street Map and Personalized Name prints are not returnable.


Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We are unable to offer exchanges but you may return it for a refund excluding shipping fees and re-purchase the one you like with shipping fees. Please note, Street Map prints are not exchangeable and Customized Name prints are not returnable and not exchangeable.

Q: Do you offer/sell Digital Downloads or Frames?
A: Unfortunately, we do Not offer/sell Digital Downloads or Frames. We only offer prints for sale.


Q: How do I get Buy 2, Get 3rd FREE deal?
A: It's simple. Just add all prints to your cart and equal or lesser value of LOWEST priced print will be automatically deducted in the cart page. In order to get this deal, it has to be in one single order (cannot combine previous orders with current one) and must be shipped to the one shipping address.


Q: Do you accept custom work such as skyline art, street map, watercolor map, watercolor art or any requests?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Any custom work, new city or country requests or custom requests.


Q: Can you change color scheme or add custom text to prints?
A: Unfortunately, changing color scheme or adding custom text is Not available.


Q: Is the color going to be same as what I'm seeing on my monitor?
A: We have professionally color calibrated our monitor. Actual colors may vary slightly due to your monitor settings.


Q: What is your copyrights policy?
A: Every artworks and images in our shop can not be reproduced, resold or used in any form. Sale of this print does Not transfer copyright. Images can not be reproduced, resold or used in any form without written consent. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to our shop policies.
